At Rsumestore, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand by the quality of our streetwear and lifestyle apparel and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, our Refund & Returns Policy is here to help.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

  • All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned for health, safety, or personal reasons. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Sale items (discounted products cannot be refunded).

Refunds Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within a set number of days, back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take a few days.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at rsume@rsumestore.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, email us at rsumestore.com with your order details.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.

  • If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please get in touch with us at support@rsumestore.com to get the dropoff location.

  • You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
